quinoa hemp burgerThese vegan quinoa burgers are so easy to make and so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked wild rice mixtures
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • handful fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let mixture sit in the fridge for at least a few hours. I like to make this at night and let it sit overnight in the fridge and make the burgers the next day
  2. Form into patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
  3. Bake 350 F for 25 minutes
