Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups peaches, sliced ( about 6-7 peaches)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats

    Directions

    1. Slice peaches and put them in a glass baking dish. Add in blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon and almond extract. Mix with a fork.
    2. In a bowl mix oats, honey and coconut oil. Mix it with your hands and then sprinkle on top of fruit.
    3. Place in oven at 350F for 25 minutes
