Dairy Free Dill Dip

Looking for a dairy-free dill dip for vegetables? Try this tasty dip made with organic tofu, fresh dill, cucumber and avocado, its delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic medium firm tofu
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/8- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped ( I love lots of dill)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well combined. I like my dip a little chunky and think
  2. Serve with cut up vegetables or gluten-free crackers
