Blueberry Chiaseed Pudding

Full of antioxidants, fibre and healthy fat, this blueberry chiaseed pudding is a super breakfast idea, and so easy to make.

Chiaseed Pudding


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch cardamom


  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pour into a glass bowl with lid
  2. Let sit in fridge for at least 5 hours to congeal
