Rice cookers for your college student.

Ah, it’s that time of year when children go back to school. Perhaps your son or daughter is heading off to University?

If that son or daughter has food allergies, it can be a bit of a transition for them  Mom and Dad awoory bout what they will be able to eat on campus.

Many College and University campuses now feature gluten free menus, but what if your child has multiple food allergies?

It’s important to do some fact finding for them. This way they know where they can get safe, healthy food that will feed their brain and not leave them sugar ridden and pre diabetic.

Sending them away with a few boxes of healthy protein bars is a help, but what about breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Rice cookers are the perfect answer.  Think it can only cook rice? Guess what, a rice cooker is so versatile and will give your student the option to cook in his or her dorm room, or even in their small kitchen that they are sharing with other students away from home.

Many dorm rooms offer a small fridge and that way they can purchase safe foods and cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in their very own rice cooker.
