Raw Chocolate Pumpkin Bites- Vegan & Paleo

These Raw Chocolate Pumpkin Bites Rock!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 10 large medjol dates
  • 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder ( carob powder works well as an alternative)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp ground chiaseed

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture comes together
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls and place in a glass container, seal and refrigerate
