  • 5 large Medjool dates
  • 5 dried apricots
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts ( hempseed)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until it comes together
  2. Roll into balls and store in the fridge
