Power House Breakfast Cookies

Try these delicious power house gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free Breakfast Cookies- They are so good!

Power House Breakfast Cookies


  • 2 cups hazelnut flour
  • 1/3 cup dried all natural cranberries
  • 1 tbsp ground chiaseed
  • 2-3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 -3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp hempseed
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger



  1. I make my own flour by simply grinding hazelnuts to a fine meal.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and then add in melted oil, syrup, ginger and cranberries
  3. Form into cookies and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet
  4. Bake 350F for 10-15 minutes
