Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies- Gluten, Grain, Dairy & Egg Free

Chock full of goodness, these cookies will please everyone, and they are gluten-free!


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter ( or nut butter if you can’t eat peanuts)
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips


  1. In a food processor blend applesauce and banana together
  2. Add in all other ingredients and blend
  3. Scoop cookies out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
  4. Bake 350F for 15 minutes
