Food does play a role in your health!

Coming to grips with the effects that food intolerances, food allergies or dietary restrictions have on your life can be overwhelming. The pain of not knowing what to eat or how to prepare it. The disappointment in feeling too tired or wasting time and money on recipes that you don’t enjoy and can barely eat.

I know because I’ve been there.

Today, with a little planning and diligence, I am able to do the things I enjoy without being limited by the food intolerances that depleted my energy and made getting out of bed a daily struggle.

It didn’t happen overnight. It took many years (and many dollars) of education, research and experimentation before I was able to start developing meal plans that included the essential vitamins and nutrients I needed, without the common ingredients that were not agreeing with my body. And more than being edible, they are delicious!

It was more than just a matter of setting my mind to it. It was the help and guidance of someone who had been there before me that helped me to start moving in the right direction down the path to wellness.

That’s why I’ve been on a mission to share those discoveries with others. There is no reason you need to go through the same struggles I did.
