Marinated Beef Kabobs

The perfect dinner idea for Dad- Happy Father’s Day with Marinated Beef Kabobs


  • 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into large cubes
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste¬†


    1. Cut beef into large cubes
    2. Mix dressing ingredients together in a large bowl and blend with a hand held blender so that flavours mix and become liquidy
    3. Place beef in marinade, cover and put in fridge for at least 6 hours
    4. Skewer meat and barbeque on grill
    5. Serve with roasted vegetables or stir fry some peppers, zucchini and onions
