Hungry for Change! A must see movie Documentary

Have you seen the movie documentary Hungry for Change? It is a must see.

This movie gave me such Hope and Insight into how you can make a difference in how you feel.

We all want to feel healthy and look good, but what is stopping us? I can tell you, it is what we are putting into our mouths. Somehow we have gotten away from healthy eating and now fill our bodies with chemicals, pesticides and empty calories.

One of the statements that really struck me in this movie was that we are no longer eating food, but we are eating food like products. Food has been made to look and smell better, but at what cost?

Did you know that MSG can be hidden in 80% of all the foods you are eating? Did you know that the chemical of MSG is an excite toxin, which means it excites the brain, just like caffeine and aspartame do. It gives you a buzz, which is why you crave more if it.

Fact states that artificial sweeteners have been proven as weight gainers and if you keep drinking diet sodas you will get fatter and fatter.

Why is it that companies are now selling food that is harmful to us by adding chemicals into the food? These chemicals being sugar, aspartame and MSG which are no different than the nicotine that tobacco companies puts in cigarettes so you get addicted.

On average each person consumes 150 pounds of sugar a year. Sugar is in everything from toothpaste, cough syrup, break, milk, crackers, cereal and the list goes on.

Why is it that a third of all women are always on a diet?

“HUNGRY FOR CHANGE” exposes the shocking secrets about the food industry. How they trick you into wanting more of the unhealthy food, how advertising sways you to continue to eat food you know is not good for you. How sugar is really as bad as cocaine, and how you get so addicted to it that you just can’t stop eating it.

This documentary features interviews with leading health experts and bestselling authors, plus real life stories from people who have been sick and overweight. Hearing their stories will help you to lose the weight you want and get back to eating whole foods, those which Mother Nature intended us to eat.

If you want to do one thing for yourself and your health this summer, watch this inspiring documentary, it will change your life, it did mine!
