Grilled salmon with mustard sauce


  • 2 salmon filets
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill


  1. In a bowl mix garlic, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil and dill
  2. Line salmon on a metal baking pan or on aluminum foil
  3. Pour glaze over salmon and barbeque over medium heat for 10- 15 minutes or until done
  4. Serve over salad of mixed greens
