Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp herbamare original sea salt
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • handful fresh cilantro
  • 5 cups water

Directions

  1. Wash vegetables
  2. In a soup pot add a little olive oil and saute leeks for a few minutes. Add in garlic and zucchini and stir for a minute. Add in broccoli, water and salts.
  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 3-4 minutes. Turn off burner, add in cilantro and put lid on and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Blend all ingredients plus grapeseed oil in a blender until smooth and creamy
