Coconut Oil– anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-microbial. Research has uncovered that coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA’s), which include caprylic acid, lauric acid,and capric acid. Sixty-two percent of the oil in coconut oil is made up of these 3 healthy fatty acids, as well as healthy saturated fat.

MCFA’s are the perfect source of energy because they take turn into healthy fuel for our bodies faster than other fats.

  2. Pour into silicone molds
  3. Put in refrigerator to solidify
