Coconut Oil– anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-microbial. Research has uncovered that coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA’s), which include caprylic acid, lauric acid,and capric acid. Sixty-two percent of the oil in coconut oil is made up of these 3 healthy fatty acids, as well as healthy saturated fat.
