Chocolate Hemp Pudding

Chocolate Hemp Pudding

Free of dairy, wheat, yeast, corn, sugar, eggs, soy, nuts nightshades and gluten.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup, Hemp Hearts (aka shelled hemp seeds)
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor for at least 10 minutes to break up the Hemp Hearts.
  2. Dish small amounts into pudding cups or a pretty dish and refrigerate or freeze. Garnish with a few strawberries if you like and enjoy
