Chco chia pudding

This chocolate chia pudding is full of healthy fat, protein and antioxidants. It is a perfect way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp pure organic cocoa (Green & Blacks)

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pour into 2 small containers. Put in fridge to set for a few hours to set.

His and hers breakfast puddings ready to go!
