Healthy, tasty dairy- free artichoke dip- perfect for parties or even the big game!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can ( 398 ml)artichoke hearts in water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • handful fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Daiya Mozzarella Cheese Shreds

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse artichokes. Put all ingredients except cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Put mixture in an oven proof dish and sprinkle daiya cheese on top
  3. Place under the broiler for a few minutes to melt cheese and warm up the artichoke dip
  4. Serve with cut up vegetable or gluten-free crackers

  1. This looks delicious and it will be so simple to make. I love artichoke dip but it doesn’t love me anymore, so this was a real find for me. Thanks for sharing. I just signed up to receive your posts and didn’t realize you had a cookbook. That will be at the top of my things to buy list this month. I am looking forward to getting it and discovering new and interesting ideas and some great recipes.
