Make your own easy, tasty granola bars

Apricot Granola Bars

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup quinoa puffs
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil or grapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp hempseed


  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture comes together.
  2. Spread into a n 8×8 lightly greased pan
  3. Bake 350F for 12 minutes
  4. Let cool and cut into squares
