Chocolate Sunflower Seed Spread

Can’t have nuts, this healthy version of nutella is sure to please both young and old. Spread it on toast or graham crackers

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until well combined and smooth
  2. Spoon into a glass jar and keep in the fridge
  3. Spread on bread, toast or graham crackers

Apricot Almond Cookies- A healthy cookie sweetened with only apricots

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a food processor pulse almond flour, oats, baking powder, salt, chiaseed and vanilla for a few seconds.apricot-cookie_2190
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until mixture comes together.
  3. Form into large rounds and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten with your hands
  4. Bake 350F for 12-15 minutes

Fruity Bliss Pie

Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place nuts in a food processor and process until fine. Add remaining ingredients and process until well mixed
  2. Line a 9 inch pie plate with parchment paper. Place crust ingredients onto the pie plate and press down with your hands, covering the bottom and sides of the pie plate

  1. Add fruit and water to a pot and cook on medium/low for 30-40 minutes. Stir frequently to avoid burning. Cook until the fruit is very soft and breaking apart. Remove from the stove and place in food processor. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, orange rind and chia gel. Process until well combined. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 350F for 50-60 minutes Dust with finely shredded coconut and chopped walnuts. Let cool before slicing. Dust w
